School District 27J (SD27J) is soliciting qualification submittals from Design/Build firms to provide comprehensive services for Elementary School #11.
The project consists of a new elementary school (60,000 to 70,000 square feet) to be constructed on an undeveloped suburban site in Thornton, CO. The firm selected will be responsible for full design and construction services.
